Grace Wins Well Despite Track

Thu 31 August 2017

Another couple of days and another couple of winners. LEXINGTON GRACE was the impressive winner of the nursery on Monday under Tom Marquand. The Middleham Park Racing owned filly was winning for the third time in her career. ‘She is a tough filly who keeps on improving. She showed her toughness there to overcome the track and she won well in the end. She has confidence and experience behind her now and can hopefully put them to good use for the rest of the year.’
Yesterday was another day with a winner coming from Lingfield. MALCOLM THE PUG was dropping down in grade in Sellers and won very convincingly in the end. ‘He has been up and down in regards to form and some days he produces a good run. He looked well and I wish his new connections all the best with him.’

Today’s action comes from Bath and Chelmsford. The well touted ALMOREB takes his chance in the second at Chelmsford and can hopefully get back into winning ways.
