As the new season begins at HQ, we look forward to a good week of racing and hope the horses below get us off to a good start on Day 1 of the Craven Meeting.

FORTY FOUR SUNSETS is a nice filly and is having her third run and we will see what the handicapper does next week with regards to her future plans.

BURIDAN has improved from his first run at Doncaster where he was in need of the run. He will be ridden more prominently and on a track that should suit he will be bang there.

KUWAIT CURRENCY has done really well over the winter and this looks an ideal starting point. I think he will be better over further in time but if they go a genuine gallop he should be competitive in the finish.

WALKINTHESAND is a horse we have always thought plenty of and I feel the further we go with him the better he will be. He has done very well and has been to Kempton galloping. I think he will improve for this run and as long as he handles the track he should be in the first four.

COME ON LEICESTER has been in great form over the winter and seems ready to run. The step up to seven furlongs is the big question mark but if she settles she should be able to get involved in the finish.

KEMBLE is a lovely filly and has shown us plenty on the gallops thus far. She will come on plenty for the experience and I feel she has the ability to be involved in the finish.

MORDRED is a lovely big colt who has improved plenty over the winter. Off his mark and his recent work I would be surprised if he didn’t manage to be very competitive in what looks an open affair.
