Tom Marquand has only been with us a year and already he has achieved so much. We have seen him rise to the top of the apprentice championship table and now the 17 year old jockey has reached the final three for the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year award.
Tom said “It’s incredible to have made it into the top three for such a prestigious award. It means a lot to be considered amongst the other nominees and winners from the past”
The BBC were here this morning to do a feature on Tom ahead of the awards which take place on 20th December.
