Accessor Wins Well

Wed 18 October 2017

A successful day was had by the team yesterday with an across the card treble. Two winners came from Leicester which commenced with SANS SOUCI BAY in the Seller. He was away well and never looked like getting beat. ‘He is a horse we have had some fun with now as he wins his third race this year. He is in the sales at Newmarket and will probably head straight there. He is a very sound horse and could be one to continue having fun with in the future.’

The second winner came in the form of ACCESSOR in the seven furlong Novice. The son of Exceed And Excel was having just his second career start and looked to win impressively in the end. ‘He has always been a horse for next year and so whatever he does this year is a bonus. He won well there and showed plenty of improvement from his first start. It’s great to have another winner for Marcus Jooste and this looks one to have fun with in the new year.’

The third winner came at Kempton with GUNS DRAWN getting the job done having run fourth on her last couple of starts. ‘This was a great result and she looks to have improved every time she has run. She has good ability and should continue on an upward spiral.’

There are plenty of runners today coming from Nottingham, Lingfield and Kempton this evening. Richard has a good team of horses heading to post including the half-brother to Ventura Storm. STRONG ARM CHASER makes his debut at Nottingham. ‘He is a nice horse but has taken plenty of time to come to hand. He has worked nicely at home recently and is there to run well. Whatever he does today he will improve upon next time.’
