Levey Steers Home A Southwell Double

Wed 27 January 2016

Whilst the wet weather drives on during the month of January, the Hannon team continues their run of success on the all weather in the shape of a double under the inform Sean Levey. Adventure Zone, with the addition of cheek pieces, found the necessary improvement to get his head in front on the fifth time of asking. Whilst Wild Tobacco, albeit in a weaker race, found something of his old self to finish off strongly in the five furlong event.

Things at home are ramping up nicely for the season ahead. The team have been kept busy at home during the Winter months readying the horses for what looks to be a very exciting 2016. With an impressive bunch of two year olds and plenty of talent in the older ranks, there is great deal to look forward to.

We have a couple of chances tomorrow back at Southwell, with the last start second Guapo Bay and Middleham Park Racing's Ritasun stepping out. Best of luck to all involved.
