Pillar of Society breaks his maiden

The momentum from a productive weekend carried over onto Monday with the stable's 70th winner coming in the form of Pillar of Society who won the last race at Windsor, as well as a solid placing from Lethal Lunch.

Pillar of Society broke from the stalls sharply and made an early lead. He made all of the running and was never challenged by his opposition. 'He seemed to relish the ground and was given a lovely front-running ride by Sean. He is still only a colt so he will continue to improve and should be capable of winning some more races.'

Racing today comes from Chepstow where Richard is represented by two fillies in the first race. The Middleham Park owned filly, Miss Mo Brown Bear was a promising fourth from a wide draw on debut going 6 furlongs on the Kempton All-Weather and should come on from that run. The second runner is Shoyd who is making her first trip to the races and will be suited for the 6 furlongs.
