MAJESTE made a promising debut at Windsor a few weeks ago and should improve plenty for the experience. He is a lovely horse but this looks a competitive race on paper.

MALCOLM THE PUG ran a nice third at Ascot last week in what was a strong race. He should improve from that run and should be right there again.

CARDUCCI is making her debut. She is a leggy filly by Poets Voice, but this trip should suit nicely and I can see her running a nice race in what looks ideal conditions.

BAHAARAH needs to find some form having been well beaten at Newmarket on her seasonal reappearance. She has some nice form from last year but I need to see her do it on the track.

SHWAIMSA ran well at Ascot last time and seems to be improving with every run. Back against the fillies here I think she should be hard to beat.

ILLUMINATE is back in great order and ran very well at Ascot although she didn’t handle the going. This is a tough race on paper but I think she will improve a lot for being back on top of the ground.

STORMY CLOUDS hasn’t confirmed the promise of her early season performances, however I have put the blinkers on and she galloped very well in them so if they have the necessary affect she could make a bold bid carrying only 8 st 4 lbs.

SUNSET DREAM has only had a couple of starts. She improved markedly on her second outing and looks to be going the right way. This does look a tough contest but I hope she can run another nice race.

DANEHILL KODIAC showed up for a long time in the King George V Handicap at Ascot but wasn’t happy on the ground. He will improve for the better ground and this trip shouldn’t worry him either.

SHAAN won well at Kempton early in January and has so far run two nice races in handicaps. She will appreciate the extra two furlongs and should run a nice race under Tom Marquand.
