Love Powerful

We sent eighteen runners out over the weekend and it was great to see so many good performances. We came away with three promising winners and a whole host of placings.

VENTURA TORMENTA made all under Pat Dobbs for Middleham Park Racing at Yarmouth on Saturday. It was just his second start having made his debut in the G2 Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot where he ran with promise. He won cosily at Yarmouth, never full extended, and it looks like there will be plenty more to come.

King Power Racing's LOVE POWERFUL won for the third time at Haydock on Sunday in the hands of Sean Levey. She appreciated the step back up to six furlongs and won comfortably by 1 3/4 lengths. She is a big powerful looking filly and continues to improve off the back of some solid two year old form.

CHINDIT brought up the accross card double winning on debut for owner Mr Michael Pescod at Doncaster. This son of Wootton Bassett looks a promising sort having made smooth headway with two furlongs to run and putting the race to bed inside the last furlong under a hands and heels ride from Pat Dobbs.
