We reached our 100th winner of the year last week!
Boyfriend brought home the milestone achievement when he broke his maiden at Newbury under Pat Dobbs. It was a brilliant triumph for the whole team and was extra special to be able to share the celebration with our good friend and owner Julie Wood.
Our second winner of the day was Serene Seraph. She is a smart daughter of Blue Point and handled the wet conditions at Newbury perfectly. She placed in her previous two races and so it was great to see her improve from that experience to land her first win for owners Barnane Stud & Partner.
Following his recent Group win, Chindit raced to victory once again, this time winning the Listed Fortune Stakes at Sandown under Pat Dobbs. He gave a gutsy performance on the soft ground which has added more black type to his stallion portfolio. Congratulations once again to his new owner Dr Cyrus Poonawalla.
Our next victory came through Talis Evolvere, who got his head in front at Pontefract under Sean Levey. This son of Awtaad ran once as a two-year-old, then had 319 days off the track, came back in June and has now stormed home on just his third start. Congratulations to his owners Mrs B Austin & Partner.
Our final winner of the week was Palamon, who won impressively by six lengths at York in the hands of Alec Voikhansky. He has been running at a consistent level and notched things up a gear on Saturday for owners Michael Pescod & Justin Dowley.
