Talis Evolvere
Talis Evolvere made a winning start to 2024 for owner Charlie Austin at Kempton on the 6th January, under a nice ride from David Probert.
The 4 year old son of Awtaad followed up an excellent end to 2023, making this his third win from 8 starts. It has been great to see him reward his connections patience, bouncing back from a long lay off between 2022 and 2023.
He was prominent from the early stages of the race but despite looking to be slightly outpaced with 2 fulongs to go, he rallied extremely well to show his more than willing attitude. He kept on to the line to win by a head. He has come out of his race well and is cantering away again. The step up to a mile has suited him well and he will hopefully continue his winning ways with an entry at Lingfield this coming Saturday.
