Fabric

With the horses remaining in good form, another couple of seconds yesterday from the two year olds is showing their wellbeing. Another days racing today comes from Wolverhampton, Lingfield and Leicester. Two nice two year olds head to post for the team in JUNE DOG and DOTTED SWISS. The first runs at Leicester under Sean Levey, ‘He was very green on debut and should come on plenty for that experience. He came from the breeze up and showed plenty of natural ability, but just needed that first run badly. He should run a much improved race today.’ Other runners include VENTURA BLUES and FABRIC in the Fillies Handicap up there. ‘Ventura Blues was a smart winner of two last year. She has had some niggly issues but appears in good order now. She has improved plenty from her first up run and should appreciate the ground today. Fabric is stepping up in trip which will suit and hopefully she can handle the track. Rossa takes a valuable seven pounds off.’

The other two year old is at Lingfield. ‘Dotted Swiss is a lovely filly who has been working well at home. She will no doubt come on plenty for the run like all of ours but she is a very smart filly.’ Other runners there include ROYAL PEACE and TAILWIND who are running in respective handicaps. Royal Peace is making her handicap debut off a nice mark and should be competitive. Tailwind is having first time Blinkers on and Hollie Doyle in the saddle. ‘He has been in good form at home but not quite finishing off his races. Hopefully with a three pound help and the headgear might bring about some improvement.’
