Crafty Blue brings up the 75 winner milestone for the season when battling on gamely to take yesterday's contest at Leicester. We tried her in cheekpieces for this drop in trip and she bounced back very pleasingly in a race run at a decent gallop.
From nice handicap victories to exciting two-year-olds making bright starts to their careers, the horses have continued to run with great consistency, and it's rewarding to see that reflected. Reaching 75 winners at this stage is a fantastic effort and is a testament to the dedication of everyone at Everleigh and Herridge. None of it would be possible without the yard work of our stable staff, the support of our owners, and the contributions of our jockeys, farriers, vets and everyone else who is involved behind the scenes.
There is still plenty to look forward to, with a number of exciting horses set to appear over the coming weeks, and we hope there are many more winners to celebrate before the year is out. We're looking forward to seeing what the rest of the season has in store.
