Avenue Strikes At Kempton

Thu 28 September 2017

LETSBE AVENUE managed to get his head in front on nursery debut and looks a horse on the up. He was left towards the rear of the field with a strong pace up front and Dane sat patiently waiting for the gaps to come. He snuck up the inside rail and won well in the end. ‘That was great for the lads to get his head in front. He has been running well enough in Novice events but seems to be getting the hang of things now. He appreciated that surface and looks one who could now run up a sequence.’

Today’s action comes from Newmarket with TANGLED and ALBISHR running in the Group 3 Tattersalls Sommerville Stakes. ‘They are two nice colts and I think they both have a chance. The ground should be ideal so with the right run they should be right there.’
