One of the highlights of the flat racing season is upon us as the Goodwood Festival gets underway this week. We have a nice team of horses representing us across the five-day meeting, so hopefully we can add some winners to the productive season we're having so far.
Tuesday 28th July
4.10pm - Coral Handicap
Wheels Of Fire will bid to return to winning form when lining up in Tuesday's race. He is moving well at home and looks in good order, so I am hopeful that he can make his presence felt and outrun his odds in this fiercely competitive handicap. Silvestre De Sousa takes the ride.
4.45pm - EBF Maiden Stakes
Agrippa is a nice progressive colt with a good attitude. He was frustratingly beaten by a neck at Newbury a couple of weeks ago but this race should suit him down to the ground and there's definitely more to come from him. All being well he should run a great race. Pat Dobbs takes the ride.
5.20pm - Fillies' Handicap
Annastarzy has impressively already completed a hat-trick in her three most recent runs. She is climbing the weights as a result but the form of her latest Newbury success is working out really well and I feel as though there is certainly more to come from her. She's a smart filly and it would be special if she could make it a four-timer. Joe Leavy takes the ride.
