3.00pm - Golden Mile (Heritage Handicap)
Bunyola Bay returns to a more suitable trip in this race over a mile. He won with authority in the Gowran Classic at the beginning of June and from what he's been showing us at home, it would be well within his capability to put that kind of performance on again. Ryan Moore takes the ride.
Classic is an honest horse who has been fairly consistent throughout his career, and we feel he's earnt his place on this stage. A bold showing in this handicap would be thoroughly deserved for this lad and his owner. He looks set to give a decent account of himself. Pat Dobbs takes the ride.
4.10pm - Bentinck Conditions Stakes
Haatem didn't get the race he should have at Ascot this year when bidding for a repeat win in the Listed Wolferton. He came out of the race well and looks in more than great shape at home. He's such an honest horse and deserves to have his day, I hope he can be a major player in this race. James Doyle takes the ride.
4.45pm - Nursery Handicap
Jaijai is a progressive colt who has ran well so far this summer. He has the experience of running and winning at Goodwood on his side which will help give him the edge against some of the others.
Persian Spring enters this race with a good chance I feel. He was hampered in the Norfolk at Ascot so can be forgiven for that, I'm certain there's better to come from him and would love for him to show his ability here like he did at York. He will be competitive off this mark.
Paper View has been in great form since his gelding, winning his last two races. This is obviously a bit of a step up in class for him but I feel he's got the potential for more so we shall try to strike whilst the iron is hot.
5.20pm - Handicap
Pearl River looks well at home and has had two good runs this season. He didn't put his best foot forward at York and I think there could be more to come from him, hopefully he shows it in this race. Joe Leavy takes the ride.
