Haatem wins the Group 2 Vintage Stakes at Glorious Goodwood!
What a classy performance from this brilliant Phoenix Of Spain colt under yet another outstanding ride from Sean Levey. This successful run followed a valiant 2nd place in the Group 2 Superlative Stakes at Newmarket in July and builds the excitement of what is yet to come from him in the future.
He was bought by Peter & Ross Doyle at Tattersalls Book 2 for 27,000 GNS last year and has brought in the first Group winner for his first-season sire Phoenix Of Spain. Haatem has won twice this year already and has only been out of the first three once. We are looking forward to seeing how he continues to progress going forwards!
Haatem’s decisive victory gives us even more reason to celebrate as he brings in our 75th Group winner since 2014.
