SILVER QUAY continues Richard Hannons good run of form on the all weather with an emphatic win at Lingfield under Kieran O'Neill. He arrived at the track today having been off since early December. Settling out the back in a truly run race, he picked them up one by one rounding the bend for home and kicked clear in the final furlong to win by five lengths. 'That was an impressive performance. He seems to be improving with age. There looks to be some nice options in the next two weeks for him' said Richard.
ZABDI a son of Zebedee ran a nice fourth in the seven furlong handicap, staying on well late on in the piece. Sean commented that he was happy with how he finished off the race and he will be a nice horse to wait for the turf.
With the end of Cheltenham and the first turf meeting less than ten days away things are heating up with the rest of the team at home.
